Every campaign gets an Adventure Log, a blog for your adventures!

While the wiki is great for organizing your campaign world, it’s not the best way to chronicle your adventures. For that purpose, you need a blog!

The Adventure Log will allow you to chronologically order the happenings of your campaign. It serves as the record of what has passed. After each gaming session, come to the Adventure Log and write up what happened. In time, it will grow into a great story!

Best of all, each Adventure Log post is also a wiki page! You can link back and forth with your wiki, characters, and so forth as you wish.

One final tip: Before you jump in and try to write up the entire history for your campaign, take a deep breath. Rather than spending days writing and getting exhausted, I would suggest writing a quick “Story So Far” with only a summary. Then, get back to gaming! Grow your Adventure Log over time, rather than all at once.

Tebal's brave sacrifice

Last time the brave adventures further cleansed their weapons in the acid of a black dragon. After dispatching the black dragon, they returned to town, where they learned of Bargel the enchanter who had kidnapped a rich merchants daughter.

After defeating the many riddles of the tower, they were met with a beholder and the women chained behind her. Halfway through defeating the beholder it was revealed the chained women was actually bargel in disguise. After throwing a few spells around Tebal approached to finish him off, only to be hit with the delayed blast fireball as Bargel died. The damage was too much and Tebal was burned alive.

The party now seeks to return to the town and see just why they were lead here, as well as what to do with Tebal’s body.

Tebal - Don't Call it a Comeback!

Tebal was resurrected from his anakin like smoldering corpse for a cool 9k in diamonds.
After the resurrection the team decided to check out the enchanter who had sent them to bargel.
Arriving at the scene they found a dilapidated shop. After much searching and only finding residual magic and a few coins, a old drunk gentleman wandered by and filled the party in on the story of the enchanter.
The enchanter has been gone for a good 20 years and was a demon summoner, after some more facts from the random drunk, Dutch being a man of action burned down the building. The party finally went to the magistrate and learned more about the enchanter about how this has happened every so often to new comers in town. So far they have been unable to stop it. They also learned more about bargel and his evil ways, and the down had run him out 15 years ago.
Talking with the magistrate they learned that the monastery at the village of croat was being set upon by unknown forces and the kingdom had lost touch with them for 2 weeks. After a 2 day journey the party arrived at the town of croat to the villagers offering the adventurers their lives for having risen against the lord and slain the magistrate of the town. Dutch again a man of action intimidated the villagers and received information about what was going on, but not before another villager leapt upon the teller and stabbed him, and then twisted his own neck and killed himself. Investigating the fire and rotting smell, they find the corpse of the magistrate with his crudely severed head, along with his journal. From this they learn that the magistrate is sacrificing the towns children to a demon in exchange for a wish.

The team next heads to the monastery and after some investigation finds a sacrifice at an altar stone out front with some koi scales, and children footprints. Heading into the main hall, they team is set upon by 8 monks who have been possessed by the demon. After dispatching them, they proceeded deeper into the building, fighting some possessed swords, and hearing children’s voices calling for help from a well in the bathing room.

Next the party came to a room with a snake made from the bodies of still living monks, Dutch and his man of action stated" We going to kill the fuck out of that"
After slaying the monstrosity they proceeded further and entered the kitchen and were set upon zombie monks who proved to be no match for the team. Finally they entered the sleeping chamber of the monks to find more possessed monks who they quickly slaughtered.

Byblos double life?

After Penny drew her last card from the deck, the team returned to town and was met with some interesting news. Byblos went to the forge to try and repair some armor for Dutch to fit. While there he was confronted by the forgemaster about having the nerve to show his face in town with the huge warrant out for his arrest. 25k gp. Byblos decided to make a hasty retreat and the team teleported him to Penny’s recently acquired keep.

With Byblos safely sequestered the team went to the magistrate Lark to inquire about his reward. After some diplomacy and some bluff checks they discerned that Byblos had been helping drow sneak into the city and that he was wanted at all costs. The team returned to the keep after buying a disguise kit to help hide him from the authorities. Penny and Valanthe wanted to disguise him as a woman and call him Bybina, but instead he died his hair and beard red and he was called Kanye. Also they braided his beard to give him a different look, much to the chagrin of Byblos.

Arriving at the gate, they easily bypassed the ice bridge and searched the remains of the abby. The entrance to the gate stymied the group for a big with Byblos having his hand stuck in the gargoyles mouth and the rest of the team fighting to stone golems. Eventually they defeated the golems, and were able to free Byblos. They then tried again with Valanthe and Byblos putting their hands in the mounts of the gargoyles and Byblos was again stuck, but valanthe was able to open the door.

Once inside they were greeted by the statues of 3 kneeling men two holding weapons, and one empty as if holding aloft a blade or shield. They then moved to a room that was a circle with a narrow platform with a gear in the center. As they started to push on the gear, they were beset by wights who were easily dispatched. After turning the door to the south they came upon a long hallway filled with traps that nearly killed poor Tebal when he was stunned with constitution poison, after summoning many unicorns they finally healed Tebal and they disabled all of the traps.
With that it led to a narrow alcove and the team decided to rest after a harrowing day.

Wyrmwood ho

Well the last adventure saw the evil folks of Lilith, Gargamel, Brawndo, and Rolan as pirates on the Wyrmwood, they then attacked a peaceful village and killed women, children, and guards, stole all the money from the mayor and left town. In this Lilith decided to hug/stab a guy in the back, Gargamel tried to hit someone upside the head but missed and blamed it on rubble(successfully), and Brawndo raised a skeleton to beat a hasty retreat with the goal. They also captured one wench(Who gargamel swung for the fences when trying to knock her out).

The night ended after fighting of a kraken who had attacked the ship, and Gargamel realized how he should be using his sword.
